Shipping is always free. Your package will be insured with delivery confirmation; we will email you the tracking number. We ship with USPS and UPS. Packages ship within 48 hours of payment (except weekends and holidays). Currently, we ship within the USA only.
Gift Box: A free butchbeads gift box accompanies each purchase.
Tax: By law, we must charge 7% sales tax to shipping addresses in Florida. Addresses outside of Florida will not be charged tax.
Custom Orders: We will gladly try to accommodate your custom order. Email us at custom@butchbeads.com, and please be as specific as possible about what you would like.
Returns: If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will refund your purchase price, within 30 days of purchase. We give refunds for items that have not been worn, used, altered, or abused. Email returns@butchbeads.com. Tell us what you want to return and why. All returns must be accompanied by our gift box and must be packaged as carefully as we sent it to you. Please be sure to email us before you return something.
