Custom Orders: We will gladly try to accommodate your custom order. Many of our designs can be custom fit to lengths not listed on our site.
Or, if you are interested in having us design something especially for you, we’ll be happy to try.
In either case, email custom@butchbeads.com. Please be as specific as possible about what you would like. We will reply as quickly as we can.
Returns: If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will certainly refund your purchase price, within 30 days of purchase. We give refunds for items that have not been worn, used, altered, or abused. Simply email us at returns@butchbeads.com and tell us what you want to return and why. The “why” doesn’t need to be long, but we would like to learn from what people don’t like as well as what they do. Any returned item must be accompanied by our gift box and packaged as carefully as we sent it to you. Please be sure to email us before you return something.
*NOTE: Most returns can be avoided. Please look carefully at our photos, read the product descriptions, and read the informational Tabs. If necessary, measure your neck or wrist before you order. If you have any questions, please ask them before you order.
