If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will refund your purchase price, within 30 days of purchase. We give refunds for items that have not been worn, used, altered, or abused. Simply email returns@butchbeads.com and tell us what you want to return and why. The "why" doesn't have to be long, but we want to learn from what people don't like as well as what they do. Any return must be accompanied by our gift box and packaged as carefully as we sent it to you. Please be sure to email us before you return something.
